This Option 1 Shop Drawing stamp comes with standard check boxes
and paragraph verbiage :
- Approved
- Approve with Changes Noted
- Revise and Resubmit
- Rejected
SUBMITTAL WAS REVIEWED FOR DESIGN CONFORMITY AND
GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
CONFIRMING AND CORRELATING DIMENSIONS AT JOBSITE
FOR TOLERANCE, CLEARANCE, QUANTITIES, FABRICATION
PROCESSES AND TECHNIQUES OF CONSTRUCTION,
COORDINATION OF HIS WORK WITH OTHER TRADES AND
FULL COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

In Option 2 the check boxes are different:
- Reviewed
- Reviewed with Changes Noted
- Revise and Resubmit
- Rejected

Option 3 has the same check boxes as Option 1
but the paragraph verbiage is changed in that 'SUBCONTRACTOR' replaces 'CONTRACTOR'

- Revise and Resubmit
- Rejected

Option 4 the variation is again in the check boxes,
leaving the paragraph verbiage the same as in Option 1, 2 & 4.

- Approve as Noted
- Revise and Resubmit

And finally, Option 5, variation is in the check boxes.
Paragraph verbiage is the same as Option 1, 2 &4.
- No Exceptions Taken
- Make Corrections Noted
- Revise and Resubmit
- Rejected
